Esteem Valley Academy - Primary & Secondary

We are an alternative provision academy serving the Amber Valley & Erewash region of Derbyshire with sites in Ilkeston, Sawley and Kirk Hallam. We support primary through to Key Stage 4 students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.

Rather than viewing placement as an endpoint, we see it as a redirection. Our "Culture of Success" celebrates individual achievement through effort and growth mindset. Strong relationships create a community where students feel valued while we build confidence, resilience and life skills alongside academics, preparing them for successful futures in education or employment.
