Digitising

Digitising is the art of converting a picture or image into stitches by using specialised software and must be done to prepare the garment for embroidery. At Hamilton's we use either of the industry standards should you have a preference (Wilcom or TES/EOS from Barudan).

Digitising at Hamilton's is done completely in house by our experienced staff, ensuring an excellent result.  We are on hand for any advice you may want in placement, artwork or design.

Embroidery & Print

Embroidery is an elegant way to personalise any suitable garment or item.

The digitised image is loaded to our embroidery machine, which follows digital instructions to create your design with threads. Pricing depends on stitch count, quantity of items, and embroidery location.

Designs requiring more than keyboard lettering must be digitised—a process of converting your logo into stitches using specialised software. See our Digitising section for more details.

Monogramming

A monogram is a motif made by overlapping or combining two or more letters to form one symbol. Monograms are often made by combining the initials of an individual or a company, used as recognisable symbols or logos.

Monograms can be added to dress shirts, towels, bathrobes, napkins, handkerchiefs, or bags.

You can purchase these items from us or you can bring your own for monogramming.
